Where do you get your balls from?

We have built strong relationships with many people and many courses throughout the country, strategically aligning our efforts together to provide great quality used golf balls. We have a passion for the game and try to play as much as possible, so we will find a few here and there as well. Unfortunately, many times they are balls we lost the day before!

Is the 100% satisfaction guarantee actually true? How does it work?

YES, it’s true! If you are not happy with our golf balls then just get in touch with us and we will issue you a return label and you can send them back, in the packaging it was sent, and we will refund your money.

Once we receive your golf balls, we will process the return and issue a credit on the card/payment method you purchased it with. There is one exception, a small one – please don’t play a round with the balls and then return them, that’s just not cool. Please return your balls in the condition you received them. Just get in touch with us as soon as you receive the package and something’s not right – Contact us

How does shipping work?

Super fast free shipping on all orders over $89 or get a flat rate shipping of $8.99 for all other orders. Eagle club members get free shipping on all orders.

We try our very best to ship all orders the same day as you place the order. We do like our weekends and holidays, so those orders will ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number when the order is shipped and the package will arrive on USPS Priority Mail within a few days of your order. Please see our shipping info page for more details. 

Due to COVID-19 and delays with USPS, we have added extra processing on Saturdays and multiple shipping times each day.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your order details which includes tracking info. Just click on the link or enter it in the shippers website and you will see where your balls are and when they will arrive. Usually your balls will arrive within 2-5 days. There some delays noticed with USPS due to COVID-19.

Can I order based on my past order history?

Yes, you can! Just log into your account and you will see your past orders. From there, you can re-order to your hearts desire. You can also join our Eagle Club and enjoy some awesome advantages.

Does it make sense for me to join the Eagle Club?

It depends… Based on national averages, a golfer plays between 15-45 rounds per year and on average, a golfer loses 4.8 balls per round. So if you fall into this category and lose a lot of balls, then the Eagle Club is for you. At just $89.00 per year, it’s a steal to get free shipping and 10% off every order on top of our lowest prices.

What are Ball Reward Points?
